Getting set up

Where should I put my phone? For Catch the Dots, prop it up at chest height and stand close, facing it, with your head and shoulders in view. For jumping jacks, face it a few steps back so your whole body fits, head to feet. For squats, put it at hip height and stand sideways. For push-ups, put it on the floor, side-on or in front of you. Each game shows these steps the first time you play it.
Reps aren't countingMake sure the parts the exercise needs are inside the frame (hips, knees and ankles for squats), the room is well lit, and you go through the full movement: all the way down and all the way back up. If Hop says "Lower!", that rep wasn't deep enough to count.
The camera doesn't startGo to Settings › Apps › Reps Race (Settings › Reps Race before iOS 18) and turn on Camera, then open the app again.

Quests and streaks

How does my streak grow?Finish one of the day's three quests and your streak grows by a day. Finish all three for a perfect day. You can make quests easier or harder in Me › Quest size; the change starts the next day.
Streak reminderTurn on Me › Streak reminder and Hop reminds you at 7 pm on days you haven't done a quest yet. If nothing arrives, check Settings › Notifications › Reps Race.

Leaderboards and races

How do leaderboards work?Sign in to Game Center (Settings › Game Center). Reps Race then posts your reps for the week (all games together, resetting every Monday) and your total stars. Open them from Ranks, where your Game Center friends show up too.
How do I race a friend? You both need Reps Race, Game Center and each other as Game Center friends. Tap Race a friend on Home and pick them for a live race, or send a challenge to beat your run, which they have 2 days to play.

Other phones

Is there an Android version?Android is next. Until then there's a private web beta that runs in your phone's browser: ask us for a passcode and play at app.repsrace.com.
